Terms Of Service

Values and purposes of Dots Unlimited Radio for artists and netlabels lie in the enormous potential of the free promotion for songs.

By registering, the user unquestionably accepts the following conditions:

  1. The artist may ONLY upload their own material and not material produced by others.
    This material must be free in all its forms, in particular it must not be in any way covered by copyright or contracts that have been previously signed and therefore totally free from any kind of commercial interests: it must therefore fully reflect the philosophy and spirit of Creative Commons.
  2. The netlabel can upload ONLY files of its own artists in the catalog. In turn, the content must necessarily be free in all its forms, not covered by copyright or contracts previously stipulated and free from mainstream channels activity or commercial interests, following the Creative Commons principles.

  3. No registered user may in the most categorical manner:

    (A) offend other users
    (B) make propaganda in any term, whether political, religious or otherwise.
    (C) use insulting epithets, incite to blasphemy, terrorism or otherwise violate the dignity of others
    (D) upload pornographic and/or child pornography.
    (E) upload private documents and files or those of other people.

Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the immediate deletion of its user and any content linked to it.
The user will also be solely responsible since Dots Unlimited Radio will not assume any responsibility for non-compliance committed by users, in which case the user will be directly responsible, the one who has not complied with the above clauses.

Dots Unlimited Radio also undertakes:

  1. Not using in any way the material uploaded by users and Netlabels for purposes other than the airing of this webradio. (cfr. NALI Marketplace )
  2. Guarantee the airing of all the uploaded material, according to availability in timeline.
  3. Treat all users in the same way, without privileges or restrictions.
  4. Any changes in terms and conditions will be promptly communicated to already registered users.
